黑龙江省农产品众筹发展水平测度实证分析

摘    要:为推进农产品众筹的发展,借鉴国内外测度农村电子商务发展水平的理论基础,从农产品众筹发展规模指数、农产品众筹从业人员素质指数、技术支撑指数、发展潜力指数4个方面构建了农产品众筹发展水平测度指标体系,并以黑龙江省16个农产品众筹示范县的调研数据为样本,运用主成分分析法,对样本县域的农产品众筹发展水平进行打分、排名。结果表明:五常市的农产品众筹综合发展水平最高,抚远县的农产品众筹发展水平最低,最后提出黑龙江省农产品众筹发展的对策和建议。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of crowdfunding of agricultural products,four aspects of the scale index of agricultural products crowdfunding,the index of quality of agricultural product crowdfunding practitioners,technical support index and development potential index were constructed by referring to the theoretical basis for measuring the level of rural ecommerce development at home and abroad.The index system of measuring the level of development of the crowdfunding of agricultural products was established.Based on the survey data of 16county-level demonstration projects in the field of crowdfunding in Heilongjiang Province,principal-component analysis was used to score and rank the crowdfunding level of the agricultural products in the sample counties.The study found that the overall level of crowdfunding of agricultural products in Wuchang was the highest,the level of crowdfunding of agricultural products in Fuyuan county was the lowest,and finally the countermeasures and suggestions on crowdfunding of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
