摘    要:【目的】建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定小麦根系分泌物中的10种酚酸类化合物的方法。【方法】选用Ex-tended-18 C色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇与0.1%磷酸混合液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,25min内各种酚酸实现有效分离。【结果】建立的方法成功运用于小麦根系分泌物酚酸类化合物的检测,回收率为88.14%~102.43%。【结论】该方法简便、快速、灵敏,准确,适用于沙土培养的小麦中各种酚酸类物质含量的同时测定。

Abstract:【Objective】 the objective was developed a method for measuring 10 phenolic acids by RP-HPLC in root exudates of wheat.【Method】 Chromatographic separation was performed with Extended-18C column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) by using the mobile phase gradient elution of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid mixture,under the optimum conditions,10 compounds were successfully separated within 25 min.【Results】 The developed method was used to measure and analyze the 10 phenolic acids in root exudates of wheat.The average recoveries were 88.14%~102.43%.【Conclusion】 This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,and accurate.and it is appropriate for determining the phenolic acids in root exudates of wheat simultaneously.
