齿轮齿条式膜上打孔机构的研究

摘    要:目前辽宁省大面积推广应用膜下滴灌节水技术,现有机械化覆膜播种技术中大多采用穴播轮进行打孔播种作业。针对穴播轮打孔机构不能同时满足垂直入土、垂直出土和开口器主动打开作业要求的问题,设计一种新型的齿轮齿条式膜上打孔机构,并对该机构的原理、工作过程和运行轨迹进行阐述与分析,为机械化膜上打孔播种提供一种新方法。

Abstract:Currently,the technique of drip irrigation under membrane is vigorously promoted in Liaoning and most of the available mechanized sowing techniques under membranes adopt hole sowing wheel to dig the hole for sowing.In view of the problems arising from this kind of operation,a new punching device of gear rack is designed.This article deals with the working principle of the device as well as the working process and motion track.
