质量控制方法在乳制品脂肪检测中的应用

为验证衡量乳及其制品中脂肪项目检测结果的稳定性及准确性,实验室可通过质量控制方法对检测情况进行监控,且多种质量控制方法相结合,可减少试验过程的系统误差。本文通过采用质控样品、能力验证、留样再测、方法对比、人员间对比及质量控制图6 种质量控制方法,对检测数据进行动态监控,实现了检测环节的全过程控制,并可以及时掌握脂肪项目的检测趋势,从而保障检测结果的准确性。

Application of Quality Control Method in Dairy Fat Detection

In order to verify and measure the stability and accuracy of fat test results in milk and its products,the laboratory can monitor the testing situation through quality control methods,and the combination of a variety of quality control methods can reduce the systematic error of the experimental process.In this paper,by 6 means of quality control samples,ability validation,sample measured again,method comparison and contrast between the personnel and quality control chart to detect data for dynamic monitoring,make the whole process of the test under control and know the trends of the fat project,ensure the accuracy of the test results.
