基于随机前沿函数模型的河北省奶业竞争力研究分析

基于2015—2020年奶业生产数据,利用随机前沿函数模型,对天津、河北、山西、内蒙古等主产地区奶业生产效率进行测评,位于第一位的黑龙江省生产效率达0.968 6,河北省奶业生产效率达0.659 3,处于中等水平,与奶业大省存在较大差距。为提高河北省奶业竞争力,本文从产业竞争力的角度对河北省奶业的竞争力状况进行科学的分析,找出影响奶业竞争力的综合因素,结合现在河北省奶业竞争力现状,从经济发展、奶业养殖方式、技术创新以及教育资源方面提出促进河北省奶业发展的优化路径,为河北省奶业政策的制定提供参考依据。

Research and Analysis of Hebei Dairy Industry Competitiveness Based on Stochastic Frontier Function Model

Based on dairy production data from 2015 to 2020,using stochastic frontier function model,the dairy production efficiency in Tianjin,Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and other regions was evaluated．Heilongjiang province,which ranked first,had a production efficiency of 0.968 5．The production efficiency of dairy industry in Hebei province reached 0.659 3,which was in the medium level．There is still a big gap between Hebei province and dairy industry．To enhance the competitiveness of dairy industry in Hebei province, this paper made a scientific analysis of the competitiveness of Hebei dairy industry from the perspective of industrial competitiveness,and found out the comprehensive factor affecting the competitiveness of dairy industry is the regional economic development．From the aspects of economic development,dairy farming mode,technological innovation and educational resources,this paper put forward the optimal path to promote the development of dairy industry in Hebei Province,so as to provide reference for the formulation of dairy industry policies in Hebei Province．
