42个新疆海岛棉品种萌发期耐盐性评价

摘    要:为了解新疆海岛棉品种在萌发期的耐盐性差异,用150mmol/L的NaCl对42个新疆海岛棉品种进行萌发期耐盐性评价和筛选。结果表明,在盐胁迫下,42个海岛棉品种发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和鲜重均受到不同程度的抑制;各指标间存在极显著相关;通过主成分分析确定了2个主成分,主要反映萌发、干物质积累和含水量;主成分综合得分值和模糊隶属函数均值之间呈极显著正相关。通过二者的综合评价值,将42个海岛棉品种聚为4类,分别为高耐盐、中耐盐、弱耐盐和盐敏感类品种,为海岛棉品种的耐盐性评价和鉴定提供理论基础。

Abstract:To understand the salt-resistance difference of Xinjiang sea-island cotton germplasms in the germination period, 42 sea-island cotton varieties in Xinjiang were evaluated and screened by using 150mmol/L NaCl. The results showed that under salt stress, the germination rate, germination vigor, germination index and fresh weight of 42 sea-island cotton varieties were inhibited to varying degrees. There were very significant correlations among the indicators. Two principal components were determined through principal component analysis, reflecting germination, dry matter accumulation and water content. There was a significant positive correlation between the principal component comprehensive score value and membership function mean value. Using the comprehensive evaluation values of the two, 42 sea-island cotton varieties were grouped into four categories, namely high salt-tolerant varieties, medium salt-tolerant varieties, weakly salt-tolerant varieties and salt-sensitive varieties. This study provided a theoretical basis for the evaluation and identification of salt tolerance of sea-island cotton varieties.
