多效唑和氮肥对马铃薯产量及经济效益的影响

摘    要:为了筛选出适宜云南大春作马铃薯高产栽培的多效唑和氮肥组合,并探讨氮肥和多效唑对马铃薯产量和经济效益的影响,2019-2020年在大田条件下,以云薯105为试验材料,采用裂区试验设计,以多效唑为主区,氮肥为副区,研究3种多效唑浓度(0‰、1‰和2‰)和5种氮肥水平(0、105、210、315和420kg/hm2)对云薯105的产量和经济效益的影响。2年试验结果表明,不同多效唑和氮肥处理对云薯105产量和经济效益影响显著。当喷施2‰多效唑和氮肥施用量为210~315kg/hm2时,马铃薯产量达最大值。而经济效益方面,当喷施2‰多效唑和氮肥施用量为210kg/hm2时,云薯105经济效益最大。

Abstract:In order to screen out the combination of paclobutrazol and nitrogen fertilizer suitable for high-yield cultivation of spring potato in Yunnan, and to explore the influence of nitrogen fertilizer and paclobutrazol on potato yield and economic benefits, the field experiments were executed from 2019 to 2020. The yield and economic benefit of Yunshu 105 were evaluated under split-plot design, and paclobutrazol and nitrogen fertilizer were treated as major and minor plot, respectively. There were three concentrations of paclobutrazol (0‰, 1‰ and 2‰), and five levels of nitrogen fertilizer (0, 105, 210, 315 and 420kg/ha). The results of two-year experiments showed that different paclobutrazol and nitrogen fertilizer treatments significantly affected the yield and economic benefits of Yunshu 105. In terms of yield, the potato yield reached the maximum value when spraying 2‰ paclobutrazol and nitrogen fertilizer were applied at 210 and 315kg/ha. In terms of economic benefits, when the amount of 2‰ paclobutrazol and nitrogen fertilizer was applied at 210kg/ha, the economic benefits of Yunshu 105 were the highest.
