| 摘 要： | 西安市乳制品产业历经40 余年发展,已经形成较为完备的产业链,尤其是近年来羊乳产业的兴起和发展,成为地方产业扶贫、乡村振兴的重要手段之一,在繁荣地方经济、带动农民就业增收方面发挥了重要的作用。本文在回顾西安市奶山羊产业发展历史、现状、存在问题和原因的基础上,对本地区乳业发展的前景和出路进行深入思考,以期为地方产业发展科学决策和管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Dairy industry in Xi'an has formed a relatively complete industrial chain,with more than 40 years of development,especially in recent years,the rise and development of the Goat's milk industry has become one of the important means of local industrial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and has played an important role in prospering the local economy and driving farmers' employment and income. This paper summarized the history,current status,existing problems and development of the goat dairy industry in Xi'an,and investigated dairy goat industry prospect,providing a reference for the scientific decision-making and management of local industrial development. |
