| Abstract: | The rice competence of He'nan Province was analyzed from several aspects,such as market competence,production competence,cost competence.It was compared with that of adjacent seven Provinces.The advantages and disadvantages of rice competence were analyzed.The way on how to improve rapidly and effectively the competence of rice in He'nan province was discussed. |
