新农村建设中地形图测绘分析

[目的]分析新农村建设中的地形图测绘。[方法]以淮南毛集实验区的花家湖项目区为例,平面位置采用独立的坐标系,高程测量采用独立的高程系,全解析法采集外业数据,进行花家湖地形图的绘制,分析了测量在新农村建设中的常见问题,并给出了对策。[结果]结合外业绘制的草图,连接野外测点,修改整饰地形图,地形图上各种地物要素用相应的符号表示,与当地的1∶10000地形图进行对照,完成花家湖地形图的绘制。在新农村建设中,测绘存在着测量人才严重匮乏、测绘体制不健全和测绘管理不到位等问题。[结论]为强化新农村建设中的地形图测绘工作提出以下对策:加大测绘宣传,更新测绘数据,选择并完成重点村地形图测绘工作。

Analysis of Relief Map Surveying in the New Countryside Construction

[Objective] The study aimed to analyze the relief map surveying in the new countryside construction.[Method] Setting Huajiahu project in Maoji trial area in Huainan City as an example,its plane location was ascertained by independent coordinate system,its height was measured by independent altitude system and its field data was collected by whole-analysis cadastre so as to draw Huajiahu map.The usual measuring problems in the new countryside construction were analyzed and the countermeasures were provided.[Result] Combined with the draft drawed in field,the field measuring points were connected,then the relief map was modified and finished.The each landform and physiognomy was represented by corresponding symbols on the relief map,which was compared with 1∶10 000 relief map of the area,then the drawing of Huajiahu relief map was finished.In the new countryside construction,the surveying had problems such as seriously lack of measuring personnel,unsoundness of surveying system and lack of surveying management.[Conclusion] For strengthening the work of relief map surveying in the new countryside construction,some suggestions were put forward as follows: increasing surveying publicizing,renewing surveying data,selecting and finishing relief map surveying of the key villages.
