湖北海棠提取液对三峡紫皮大蒜生产的影响

目的]研究不同浓度湖北海棠提取液对三峡紫皮大蒜出苗率和产量的影响。方法]用1%、2%和5%浓度的湖北海棠提取液浸泡三峡紫皮蒜种24h后播种,在20和35d统计出苗率,收获时计算产量。结果]5%浓度湖北海棠提取液浸泡蒜种后,能提高出苗率23.29%,提高光合速率,增产32.49%。结论]湖北海棠提取液能够杀灭大蒜中的病毒,促进出苗和提高产量,适宜在生产上应用。

Effects of Hubei Begonia Extract Solution on the Production of Purple Garlic in the Three Gorges Area

Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different concentration of Hubei Begonia extract solution on the yield and the rat of emergence of purple garlic. Method] Soaked purple garlic in the extract solution of Hubei Begonia with 1%,2% and 5% concentration for 24 h,respectively and then sowed,count the rate of the emergence at 20 and 35 d,calculate yield of purple garlic after harvest. Result] The rat of emergence of garlic,soaked in 5% concentration of Hubei Begonia extract solution can increase 23.29% and the yield can increase 32.49% by improving the photosynthetic rate. Conclusion] The extract solution of Hubei Begonia have the effect of promoting the emergence and increasing the yield by killing the virus in garlic and is suitable for popularizing in agricultural production.
