| 摘 要： | 对AFLP基本原理、技术流程及特点做了简要介绍;从遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析、遗传连锁图谱构建、种质资源鉴定、基因定位与克隆、基因表达与调控、分子标记辅助选择育种等方面概述了AFLP标记在植物中的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The basic principles,technical process and characteristics of AFLP are presented.Its applications to plants are expounded in terms of the genetic diversity and phylogenetic analysis,construction linkage map,germplasm resource identification,gene orientation and clone,gene expression and regulation,molecular marker-assisted selection.And its applied prospects are looked forward to. |
