摘    要:采用气相色谱(负化学电离)质谱联用法和选择离子监测(SIM)技术对中药材有机氯农药残留的检测方法进行研究,结果表明,该法排除了杂质的干扰,提高了分析灵敏度,是有效、实用的有机氯农药残留量检测方法。

Abstract:The detecting method of organochlorine pesticides in Chinese herbal medicines was researched by GC-NCI-MS and SIM technology. The research result showed that it was an effective and practical organochlorine pesticide residues detection method, which ruled out the interference of impurities and improved the sensitivity of analysis.
