| 摘 要： | 数据库的开发和利用是数字图书馆信息资源建设和读者服务的核心内容,数据库的知识产权保护已成为当前图书馆界关注的热点问题。阐述了国内外对数据库的两种法律保护体系,对数字图书馆数据库建设的相关法律问题进行了全面分析,从法律角度和计算机技术的角度对数字图书馆数据库的保护进行了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | In the information resources construction of digital library and the services for readers,the development and employment of database is the key content the intellectual property right protection of database is becoming a hot issue in library circle.This paper has expounded two legal protective systems of databases both at home and abroad,and analyzed related legal problems in database construction in digital libraries.Finally,the paper has put forward proposals of protecting database of digital library from the angles of law and computer technology. |
