| 摘 要： | 本研究采用β-微量血凝抑制试验、琼脂扩散(AGP)试验及强毒攻击保护试验,对研制的ND、IB、IBD三联弱毒疫苗的最小免疫量和免疫保护性进行了测定,结果显示,125羽/mL以下的疫苗都能获得较好保护,且对ND、IB、IBD的保护率分别为100%、90%、70%。

| Abstract: | The minimum immunization dose and the rate of immune protection of ND, IB and IBD triple attenuated vaccine were determined with β - micro hemagglutination - inhibition test, agar diffusion test （AGP） and protection test of virulent attack. The results indicated that the vaccines of no more than 125 feathers/mL can be better protected, and the protection rates for ND, IB and IBD were 100% , 90% and 70% , respectively. |
