濒危植物永瓣藤的种群生命表与动态分析

在永瓣藤模式标本产地安徽祁门县棕里村设置4块样地,应用相邻格子法调查获取野外资料.对永瓣藤种群进行统计,编制种群的特定时间生命表、绘制存活曲线,并应用理论分布模型和聚集强度指数分析种群分布格局.结果表明:1)由于群落环境因子的差异,不同永瓣藤种群的静态生命表和存活曲线存在差异.总体而言,棕里村永瓣藤种群以幼龄个体数量最多,中龄级别个体数量稍减,老龄个体最少,种群更新情况良好.2)不同样地的种群格局强度存在一定的差异,聚块规模大体位于4 m2或16 m2附近.不同发育阶段种群空间分布格局有差异,幼龄个体大多为集群分布,在从幼龄一老龄的时间序列上呈扩散趋势.3)永瓣藤种群特征受到了多种因素的综合影响,如群落区域小生境、永瓣藤生物学特征及人为干扰等.永瓣藤依靠无性繁殖进行种群更新的特点大大限制了其种群扩散能力,同时,严格的生境需求降低了其对环境的适应能力.因此,永瓣藤种群抵抗外界干扰的能力远低于表象.
