高压静电场处理对蔬菜种子萌发期抗盐碱的试验研究

摘    要:利用高压静电场,对茄子和刺青瓜种子进行处理,然后置于不同盐碱条件下萌发,采用U5(54)均匀设计,安排多因素多水平试验,测定了蔬菜种子的发芽势、发芽率及其SOD、VC、MDA等生化指标,建立了相应的数学模型,发现经过高压静电场处理后,种子萌发期抗盐碱能力减弱,生理生化指标也发生相应变化.

Abstract:The vegetable seeds that were dealed with high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) have been germination in different salt and alkali. Even design of U5(54) with multilevel and multifactor were adopted. The germination percentage and rate, length of root and seedling, SOD, Vitamin C, MDA have been tested. Relative mathematic model were established. The results show that the salt-resistance and alkali-resistance descended after treated by HVEF during the germination period, the metabolism of seeds was modified relevantly.
