| 摘 要： | 建立健全农业和农村生态环境补偿机制,既是农业和农村经济工作贯彻落实科学发展观、坚持走可持续发展道路的具体体现,也是加强陕西省农业和农村生态环境建设的重要环节。本文评析了陕西省农业和农村生态环境建设与保护的现状,总结探讨了陕西省农业和农村生态环境补偿机制的做法及经验,并提出建立健全陕西省农业和农村生态环境补偿机制的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | With carrying out scientific development idea and persistently taking the sustainable development road,establishing and consummating ecological and environmental compensation mechanism in Shaanxi Province is the important task of ecological and environmental construction and economic work on agriculture and country areas.The actuality of ecological and environmental construction and protection at agriculture and country in Shaanxi Province was analyzed,and the experiments of ecological and environmental compensation mechanism for agriculture and country in this place were probed.Lastly,some suggestions were brought forward that Shaanxi Province should do well at ecological and environmental compensation mechanism. |
