应用静电场和电磁场对银海枣褐斑病的抑制作用

摘    要:分别用高压静电场和射频电磁场对链格孢菌Alternaria alternata进行不同时间的处理。结果表明,高压静电场和射频电磁场处理均能显著抑制链格孢菌的萌发,降低菌落产孢量和抑制菌落生长。用高压静电场和射频电磁场处理已经发病的银海枣Phoenix sylvestris离体叶片,有效抑制了叶片病斑扩展,防止了植物病情的进一步恶化。在两种处理方式中,射频电磁场处理对链格孢菌及银海枣褐斑病的抑制作用效果更强。

Abstract:Alternaria alternata,the pathogen of brown spot disease ofPhoenix sylvestris,was treated with high voltage electrostatic field(HVEF)and radio frequency electromagnetic field(RFEF)respec- tively.Results showed that the germination,sporulation and growth rates of the fungus were signifi- cantly inhibited by the both treatments.When the infected leaves were treated in the same way as the pathogen,lesions developed much slower than those of untreated leaves,and so the further development of the disease was prevented. Comparing the two treatments, the inhibition effect of RFEF onAl- ternaria alternatawas higher than that of HVEF.
