摘    要:以玉米12个自交系幼胚为外植体,通过离体培养方法,研究了不同植物生长调节剂、不同基因型对幼胚再生的影响。结果表明,2,4-D浓度为3 mg.L-1时愈伤诱导率最高,达90.5%;不同基因型差异显著,郑58愈伤诱导率最高,达到96.3%,地方种质东46未诱导出愈伤组织;基因型是影响愈伤组织状态以及分化的重要因素;1.0 mg.L-1 BA和0.5 mg.L-1 IBA有利于再生苗分化。

Abstract:Total 12 maize inbreds were used as the explants,by using the isolated culture method,the effects of different plant growth regulators and genotypes on immature embryo regeneration were studied.The results showed that callus induction rate was 90.5% when the concentration of 2,4-D was 3 mg.L-1.There existed great differences among maize genotypes.Zheng58 showed the highest frequency of callus induction which was 96.3%.The minimum frequency of callus induction was observ-ed in the inbred line Dong46 which be...
