广西奶水牛结核病三种检测方法的比较

摘    要:应用牛结核变态反应、PCR和分离培养3种方法,对奶水牛进行牛结核病检测,比较3种检测方法的符合率。结果表明,1850头奶水牛中有78头奶水牛的皮内变态反应结果为阳性,而对变态反应阳性的牛样品进行PCR检测和分离鉴定,分别鉴定出4份和2份牛分枝杆菌。阳性检出率以变态反应为最高(4.22%),PCR和分离鉴定的较低,分别为0.21%和0.11%。变态反应与PCR检测、分离鉴定的符合率较差,而PCR检测与分离鉴定的符合率相对较接近。因此建议,在对奶水牛群进行结核病检测时,应先以变态反应检疫牛群,再结合PCR检测进行综合诊断,更有利于奶水牛结核病的检测与净化。

Abstract:The present study was conducted to detected bovine tuberculosis quarantine by methods of allergy test(AT),polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and isolate culture.The samples were collected from milk buffaloes which positive by AT.The result showed that 78 out of 1850 samples from milk buffalos were detected positive by AT.Four and 2 Mycobacterium bovis were detected positive by method of PCR and isolate culture,respectively.The positive rate for the bovine tuberculosis of the AT,PCR,and isolate culture were 4.22...
