| 摘 要： | 用水蒸汽蒸馏法(SD)提取清香木叶挥发油、采用GC-MS联用技术分析了其挥发油的化学成分,并用生长速率法检测了其抑菌活性。结果表明,从樟芝挥发油中分离鉴定出8种化合物。樟芝挥发油中的活性物质对棉花枯萎病菌、沙门氏菌均有较强的抑制活性。

| Abstract: | The volatile oil from Antrodia camphorata was obtained by steam distillation,its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS,and its bacteriostatic activity was detected with growth rate method.The result showed that 8 compounds of the volatile oil were identified.The tested Fusrium oxsyporum and Salmonella enteritidis had great sensitivity to the volatile oil. |
