蚕沙对乐至黑山羊日粮干物质、能量和蛋白质消化代谢的影响

摘    要:选择体重相近的乐至黑山羊阉公羊35只,随机分为5组,每组7只,试验组以不同比例蚕沙(25%、50%、75%和100%)替代精料,对照组精料不加蚕沙,各组粗料相同(青贮玉米秸+大豆秸),进行为期90 d的饲养试验,在饲养试验中期采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验,研究蚕沙对山羊采食量、日粮干物质、能量及蛋白质消化代谢的影响。结果表明:①25%~75%蚕沙组可以极显著增加山羊精料、粗料和总干物质采食量(P<0.01);②25%蚕沙组日粮能量消化率和代谢率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),50%~100%蚕沙组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);③各蚕沙组的氮表观消化率均极显著地低于对照组(P<0.01),并随蚕沙占精料比例的增加呈下降趋势,但氮存留率25%蚕沙组最高,比对照组高10.75%,50%和75%蚕沙组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。蚕沙具有良好的适口性,添加蚕沙可提高山羊干物质摄入量;精料中添加25%蚕沙对干物质、能量和氮的消化及代谢没有影响,但蚕沙添加量大于50%以后,会降低干物质、能量和氮的消化率和代谢率。
