波棱瓜叶面积数学图像测定方法的研究

摘    要:为了探索波棱瓜叶面积更实用的测定方法,试验对叶面积仪测定方法和数字图像测定方法进行了比较,通过两种方法的测定结果之间关系和精度评价分析结果表明:与相比,数字图像法的测量精度(平均相对误差2.1%)显著低于叶面积仪测定法(平均相对误差6.2%),而且前者还具有操作简便、成本低廉和实用性强的优点,其准确程度完全能够满足波棱瓜叶面积测定的精度要求,数字图像法有望成为今后测定波棱瓜叶面积的主要方法之一。

Abstract:In order to determine more applied measurement method of leaf area of Herpetospermum pedunculosum,the comparison between the digital image method and the leaf area meter method was conducted.The results showed that the precision of the digital image method which average relative error was 2.1 %,was lower significantly(P<0.05)than that of the leaf area meter method which average relative error was 6.2 %.and the digital image method which was put forward in this paper,was a good measurement because it's simpl...
