摘    要:以裸仁南瓜(Cucurbita spp.)为材料,研究了高温胁迫对裸仁南瓜幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性与脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:随着高温胁迫程度的增加和时间的延长,裸仁南瓜幼苗叶片中POD活性提高,CAT活性下降,脯氨酸含量增加,SOD活性因处理不同而不同。在常温恢复阶段,裸仁南瓜幼苗叶片的抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量均得到一定程度的恢复。极端高温处理(40℃/33℃)比35℃/28℃处理对植株的影响更为显著。大粒裸仁南瓜和裸仁一号抗热性优于绿农一号。

Abstract:With the Cucurbia spp.as material,the response of the seedling leaves to high temperature was studied.The results showed that with the increase of stress intensity and time extension,POD activity and proline content increased while CAT activity declined and SOD activity was different among different treatments in the seedling leaves of the pumpkin.At the restoration stage under room temperature,every index of the Cucurbia spp.seedlings was restored to a certain extent.The effect of extreme high temperature(40℃/ 33℃) on plant was more significant than that of the 35℃/ 28℃ treatment.The heat resistance of the Dali Cucurbia spp.and Luoren 1 were superior to Lǜnong 1.
