草方格铺设机器人铺设轮结构的有限元分析

摘    要:根据有限单元法理论,合理应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了沙地草方格铺设机器人铺设轮有限元实体模型,进行了精确网格划分,确定了模型的约束和载荷的位置及形式并进行了沙地铺设轮结构分析。通过分析,确定出铺设轮工作过程中轮盘和轮轴的最大应力部位及变形趋势,为确定铺设轮设计方案提供重要依据。

Abstract:In the article,based on the theory of the finite element method,built the finite element entity model of the paving wheel in sand,ploted accurately the grid,set the position and form of restraint and load in the model,analyzed its structure by applying logically ANSYS software of the finite element method.By analysis,confirmed the maximal stress position and distortion trend of the plate and axis of paving wheel when it works,and provided an important warranty to establish the design project of the paving wheel.
