摘    要:采用水培法,以中华常春藤为试验材料,研究5mg/L、10mg/L、15mg/L、20mg/LNAA和1倍、1/2倍、1/4倍日本园试配方营养液交叉配比对常春藤插条根和上部形态指标,包括根长、根数、根成活率、新叶数、植株整体生长状况等的影响。结果表明:NAA10mg/L和1/2倍日本园试培养液组合水培,对中华常春藤插条促根效果最为显著,平均根长、平均根数、根成活率、新叶数均为最大值,与对照差异显著,且植株生长快、健壮;NAA对于插条生根的影响,显著大于日本园试配方营养液。

Abstract:Taking Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis as test material, with clean water as control, the effect of different concentrations of NAA(5 rag/L, 10 mg/L, 15 mg/L,20 rag/L) and Japanese-style garden nutrient solution (1 time, 1/2 time ,the rooting of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis cuttings was the best, the average root length, average root num- ber and root rate ,new leaves number of the treatment reached the maximum. They were different from the CK sig- nificantly. Growing dynamic of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis was the best at the treatment. And to the effect of pro- moting root in Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis cuttings, NAA was better than Japanese-style garden nutrient solution significantly.
