NAA与日本园试配方营养液对中华常春藤水插的影响

采用水培法，以中华常春藤为试验材料，研究5mg／L、10mg／L、15mg／L、20mg／LNAA和1倍、1／2倍、1／4倍日本园试配方营养液交叉配比对常春藤插条根和上部形态指标，包括根长、根数、根成活率、新叶数、植株整体生长状况等的影响。结果表明：NAA10mg／L和1／2倍日本园试培养液组合水培，对中华常春藤插条促根效果最为显著，平均根长、平均根数、根成活率、新叶数均为最大值，与对照差异显著，且植株生长快、健壮；NAA对于插条生根的影响，显著大于日本园试配方营养液。

Effect of NAA and Japanese-style Garden Nutrient Solution on Hedera nepalensisvar. Sinensis

Taking Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis as test material, with clean water as control, the effect of different concentrations of NAA（5 rag/L, 10 mg/L, 15 mg/L,20 rag/L） and Japanese-style garden nutrient solution （1 time, 1/2 time ,the rooting of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis cuttings was the best, the average root length, average root num- ber and root rate ,new leaves number of the treatment reached the maximum. They were different from the CK sig- nificantly. Growing dynamic of Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis was the best at the treatment. And to the effect of pro- moting root in Hedera nepalensisvar.sinensis cuttings, NAA was better than Japanese-style garden nutrient solution significantly.
