摘    要:采用已脱毒的马铃薯试管苗为材料,研究MS培养基浓度和氮磷浓度对“Atlantic”马铃薯试管苗增殖和生长的影响,结果表明:1.0 MS培养基最适于马铃薯试管苗的培养,0.5 MS只对根的生长有利,而2.0 MS则只能促进茎粗的增加.MS培养基中氮浓度降为30 mM时,可促进马铃薯试管苗地上部和地下部的生长;磷浓度提高为2 500μM时,有利于马铃薯的增殖和地上部生长,磷浓度为1 250μM时,根的生长旺盛.

Abstract:The virus-free potato plantlets in vitro were used to study the effects of the concentration of MS medium, nitrogen and phosphor on the plantlet proliferation and growth of potato. The results showed that 1.0 MS.medium was optimal for potato plantlet growth, 0.5 MS was of benlfit to the root growth,and 0.2 MS could only promote the increase of shoot diameter. The medium supplemented with 30 mM nitrogen could promote the growth of shoots and roots; 2 500 uM phosphor was fovorable for their proliferation and shoot growth, but when phosphor concentration was 1 250uM,the roots flourished.
