| 摘 要： | 硒是哺乳动物和人必需的微量元素，其生物学功能主要是以硒蛋白的形式表现的。近年来，关于硒蛋白作为饲料添加剂方面的报道层出不穷。作者就硒蛋白概况、分类、几种重要硒蛋白及其生物学功能、硒蛋白的合成及调控作一综述。

| Abstract: | Selenoprotein is an essential micro-element in human and mammal.Its biological functions are mainly performed by selenoenzyme.In recent years,there are many reports on the feed additive-selenoprotein.This article mainly previews the general situation of selenoprotein,classification,some kinds of important selenoprotein and biological function,selenoprotein analytical methods and regulation. |
