| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国农产品加工业快速发展,特别是"十五"以来,农产品加工业以年均15%的速度发展.2009年,农产品加工业经受住了国际金融危机的严峻挑战,仍取得12%的发展速度.2009年,全国农产品加工规模以上企业的增加值超过3.5亿万元,从业人员达2 500万人.
