中华苦荬菜治疗鸡肾型传染性支气管炎的试验研究

用鸡肾型传支病毒（IBV）分离株的鸡胚尿囊液接种16日龄蛋雏鸡，并 机分为对照组，中药治疗组和卵抗治疗组，中药治疗用中华苦荬菜水煎剂（0.2g生药／ml）自由饮用治疗，卵抗治疗组用卵黄抗体注射治疗（1ml／只）。试验结束时，对照组，中药治疗组，卵抗治疗组的死亡率分别为89．5％、71．4％、71．8％，中药治疗组和对照组差异极显著（P＜0．01）。中药治疗组和卵抗治疗组差异不显著（P＞0．05），另试验表明中华苦荬菜对鸡肾型IB有一定治疗效果。

Therapeutic effect of Ixeris chinensis on renal type infectious bronchitis in chicken

Allantoic fluid of chicken embryo that had been inoculated with one strain of renal type IBV was used to challenge 16-day-old chicken.Challenged chicken were randomly divided into control,Chinese herb(Ixeris chinensis) and yolk antibody group.The result showed that the mortality of chicken in Chinese herb group (71.4%) was significantly lower(P<0.01)than that of the control group(89.5%),and it had no significant difference(P>0.05)with that of the yolk antibody group(71.8%).Six 40-day-old chicken clinically suffered from renal type IB from a farm were treated with the injection of Ixeris chinensis,and only one died.The two tests indicated that Ixeris chinensis has,to a certain extent,therapeutic effect on renal type IB and it is worth of more intensive researches.
