摘    要:在特定温度条件下,用胡椒、假蒟、糯米香等植物叶片处理香蕉果实后熟,试验结果表明参试植物叶片处理均有催化香蕉后熟作用,当温度25~30℃,叶片与香蕉质量比约1∶5时,后熟香蕉果皮颜色较好,其中,假蒟叶处理香蕉后熟时间短,果皮颜色好;糯米香叶能延长香蕉果皮褪绿时间。

Abstract:The results from experiment of banana under the treatments of various plant leaves at a specific temperature indicated that all tested leaves had effect on post-harvested fruit ripening.Banana peel color shows best at temperature of 25 to 30 ℃ when plant leaves and banana are treated at weight ratio of 1∶5.Of the tested plant leaves,Piper sarmentosum can make the ripening time shorter with better peel color,and peel deterioration can be delayed under the treatment of Teucrium manghuaense.
