摘 要: | 采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取北苍术中的挥发油,通过GC-MS对其化学成分进行分析。挥发油中含有51个化合物,鉴定出49个。挥发油中呋喃二烯含量最多,其次是马兜铃酮和α-蒎烯。

Study on the components of volatile oil of Atractylodes chinensis Koidz. by GC-MS |

Abstract: | To study chemical constituents of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis Koidz.The volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis Koidz.was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SED),then separated and analysed by GC-MS.51 compounds were separated,and 49 of them were identified,the identified components make up 96%of all the volatil oil.Furanodiene is the major chemical constituents in the oil,the others are Aristolone and α-Pincne. |
