生物电在鸡胚发育期间变化规律的探讨

摘    要:生物电是生命活动基本过程之一,它对揭示生命现像之谜,无论是在理论或实践上都有着重要意义。笔者于1987年开始,对“鸡胚发育期间生物电的变化枧律”进行了实验测定,实验结果发现生物电在。鸡胚发育期间呈现有规律性变化,表现在整个孵化期间出现三次电位高峰,而且出现峰值的时间是在笫7、14、18天左右。根据生物物理论和鸡胚胎学分析、第7天出现第一次电位峰值是和羊膜水的增加及胚胎代谢的加强相一致,而第14天出现第二次电位高峰是与尿囊液的增加相一致,第18天又出现的第三次电位高峰是与器官全部发育成熟,鸡旦温度增高,心脏跳动增加,肺活量增大、鸡胚活动次数增多、亦即和器官组织细胞进行生命活动增大与电位增大的理论相一致。

Studies on the Law of Variation of Biological Electricity during the Development of Chicken Embryo
Abstract:Biological Electricity is one of the basic course of life activity. It has important meanings on revealing biological phenomena whether on theory or praotise. The writers have deen determined "The Law of eariation of biolgical electricity in the period of chicken embriyo." by esxperiments since 1987.The experiments results find that electricity aopears a regular variation duriug the period of chicken embryo. It shows three heights of electricityp otential during incubation and the tines of these peak values appears around the se venth day, the fourteenth day, and the eighteenth day. Analyse this according to biophgsics toeydr and chicken embryolgy we can see the first peak value that appearsoon the seveth day is in keeping with the increase of amnion water and theenhancing of embryo metabolition.The second potentional peak value that appears on the fourteenth day is in keeping with the increase of allantois liquid. The third Peak value that appearsoon eighteenth day is in keeping with the whole organ growth maturing, the egg temperature raising, the heart bats strngthening, vital capacity increasing and the number of chicken embryo activity adding. That is in keeping with the increasing of life activity of the organ tissue and cell and the incresing of potenial.
