不同山羊品种促黄体素分泌状况对繁殖性能的影响

为了解促黄体素(LH)分泌状况对不同品种山羊繁殖性能的影响,选择河北中部地方山羊(冀中山羊)发情正常、健康的经产羊和青年羊为试验组,太行山羊为对照组。放射免疫法跟踪测定发情周期内血液LH含量。比较不同群体和繁殖状况山羊的LH含量的相对波动周期、振幅变化,并对LH含量变化与排卵数进行相关分析。在发情周期内,冀中山羊LH含量的波动振幅显著高于太行山羊,经产冀中山羊LH含量的相对波动周期显著长于其他群体,LH的波动频率与排卵数呈负相关。结果表明:(1)在繁殖周期内LH含量波动振幅和相对波长是影响山羊排卵数的主要因素;(2)经产冀中山羊长的LH作用时间和高的LH浓度振幅,可使优势卵泡数目增多,也保证了LH等促性腺激素启动卵泡成熟排卵的足够时间;(3)繁殖性能发育成熟过程和LH对繁殖性能的作用机制存在种群差异。

Effect of LH secretion on reproduction performance in different goats

Healthy and normal-estrus multipart goats and theave goats in the middle area of Hebei province(Jizhong goat) were selected as the treatment group,as well as Taihang goats as control to identify the effects of lutropin(LH) secretion on reproductive performance of different goat breeds.Radio immunity method was used to detect lutropin concentration in blood during estrous cycles.The pulse amplitude and period of the LH concentration were compared among goat groups of different populations and reproductive conditions,and correlation analysis was conducted between LH pulses,ovulation number.The pulse amplitude of LH concentration in Jizhong goats was significantly higher than that in the other 3 groups and the pulse frequency was less.There were negative correlations between the pulse frequency and ovulation rate.The results indicate that(1) the amplitude and the relative wave length of LH concentration change are main factors on the ovulation rate of goats;(2) the longer acting time and higher amplitude of LH concentration changes in Jizhong multipara goats enable dominant follicles to multiply and provide enough time for gonadotropic hormone such as LH to initiate maturation and ovulation of follicles;(3) there are differences between populations in the ripening process of reproductive performance and in the active mechanism of LH on reproductive performance.
