自然降温对雪松叶片中叶绿素及电导率的影响

摘    要:通过在自然条件下,低温胁迫对雪松叶片内光合色素及细胞电导率影响研究,为雪松的引种成功提供理论依据。结果表明:当年引种雪松在越冬期间叶绿素呈下降趋势、类胡萝卜素呈抛物线状;电导率也呈抛物线状变化规律,随着温度降低细胞膜受到一定伤害,部分电解质外渗,电导率也随之增加;雪松的抗寒能力与电导率变化具有密切的关系,在低温胁迫下细胞膜的破坏是雪松叶片受伤的重要原因之一。

Abstract:In the natural conditions we study the changes of chlorophyll and conductance in the Cedrus leaf, which occurred under the low temperature. The results showed that during in the year the Cedrus was introduced, the content of chlorophyll declined trend, but the carotenoid and conductance presented a parasol trend during the winter, With the decreasing of temperature, the cell membrane was injured in some extent and part of the destroyer leaked out and the conductance improved spontaneously. This showed the cold-resistant capacity of Cedrus had close relations with the conductance changes, So, under the low temperature, the destruction of cell membrane was one of the most important reasons for the leaf injury.
