摘    要:目的]为蜜环菌与猪苓的伴栽搭配选择提供依据。方法]观察同一种猪苓菌丝受不同来源蜜环菌发酵液处理后的生长状况。结果]不同来源蜜环菌发酵液处理的猪苓菌丝生长情况明显不同,方差分析结果表明猪苓菌丝生长速率间存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论]不同来源蜜环菌发酵液对猪苓菌丝生长的影响有差异,生产实践中应予以重视。

Selection of the Accompanying Strains with the Hypha Growth of Grifola umbellata
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for the collocation selection of Armillaria mellea and Grifola umbellata.Method] The growth situations of the same kind of G.umbellata hypha after being treated with different sources of A.mellea fermentation liquid were observed.Result] G.umbellata hypha had obviously different growth situations after being treated with different sources of A.mellea fermentation liquid.The variance analysis results showed the growth rate of G.umbellata hypha had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion] There were differences among the influences of different sources of A.mellea fermentation liquid on the growth of G.umbellata hypha.And that should be paid attention to in the production practice.
