| 摘 要： | 针对农业劳动力需求的季节性问题,对我国13个典型农业省区开展农户调研;采用定量分析方法,剖析当前我国农业生产自身对劳动力需求数量和劳动强度与各个时段的关系。研究结果表明:从4月份下半月至10月份下半月是我国农业劳动力需求的高峰期,13省区全年农业劳动力需求数量和劳动强度呈驼峰型分布,相关系数为0.86,劳动力需求数量与劳动强度显著正相关;各地区农业生产最大劳动力需求月份分布表现出明显的南北方差异。农业劳动力需求的季节性导致了农村劳动力季节性剩余与农业劳动力季节性紧缺并存,农闲时间的长短决定了农村剩余劳动力转移的方向和难易程度。

| Abstract: | Applying the data from the survey of farmers in 13 provinces,the authors quantitatively analyzed the relationship among the demand for labor in China's agricultural production,the labor quantity and intensity,and farm season and discussed the impacts of seasonal characteristic of the demand for farm labor on the surplus rural labor migration.
