密云集水区森林树木固C动态经济效益研究

摘    要:该文通过对密云集水区内的森林进行大量调查 ,采用林分蓄积量推测生物量的研究方法 ,对该地区 5种典型森林中树木的固C效益动态变化进行深入研究 .该研究的目的是为该地区林业生态环境建设项目可行性论证提供基础 .研究结果表明 :当以 10 0年为 1个生长周期 ,固C价格为 2 4美元 t,贴现率为 0 0 5的情况下 ,几种人工林潜在的固C效益现值由大到小分别为 :油松林 0 6 9~ 0 93万元 hm2 ,栎林 0 6 1~ 0 82万元 hm2 ,其他阔叶林 0 4 5~0 6 1万元 hm2 ,灌木林 0 2 3~ 0 32万元 hm2 ,侧柏林 0 13~ 0 18万元 hm2 .现有森林平均每年每公顷的固C效益为0 0 77~ 0 10 4万元 ,其中油松林最高 ,其次依次为栎林、其他阔叶林、灌木林和侧柏林 .在今后 10~ 2 0a内 ,现有森林的固C效益会进一步增加

Economic benefit dynamics of carbon sequestration by forest trees in Miyun watershed
Abstract:The carbon sequestration by five types of forests in Miyun watershed was studied by interpolating the amount of biomass of forests from the timber volume data obtained through field survey. The dynamics of economic benefit of the carbon sequestration is then simulated for a fixed time period with an assigned unit carbon sequestration value. The results show that if assuming a rotation time of 100 years, discount rate of 0.05, and unit carbon sequestration value of US S| 24 dollars/ton (equals to RMB 197 yuan/ton), the present value (PV) of the carbon sequestration in different forest is as follows: 6.9—9.3 thousand yuan/hm 2 in Chinese pine forest; 6.1—8.2 thousand yuan/hm 2 in oak forest; 4.5—6.1 thousand yuan/hm 2 in the other broad_leaved forests; 2.3—3.2 thousand yuan/hm 2 in shrubs; and 1.3—1.8 thousand yuan/hm 2 in cypress forest. The mean annual economic benefit of carbon sequestration is 0.77—1.04 thousand yuan/hm 2. Among different types of forests, pine forest has the highest economic benefit in terms of carbon sequestration and is followed by oak forest, other broad_leaved forests, shrubs, and cypress forest. It is estimated that in next 10 to 20 years the economic benefit of carbon sequestration in this area will continue to rise. This study provides basic information in evaluating the feasibility of the environmental and ecological forest construction project in Miyun watershed.
