| 摘 要： | 有效可靠的的传输,是视频监控系统的一个重要研究课题。分析了基于MPEG-4的网络视频监控系统可以采用的拥塞控制方法,提出了一种基于RTP协议,从分组丢失率、时延、时延抖动三方面判断网络拥塞,综合考虑发送、接收和中间节点三方面影响的拥塞控制方法。

| Abstract: | How to realize the reliable and efficient transmission of video in network is a very important work about video monitoring system.The methods about congestion control that may be adopted in video monitoring system based on MPEG-4 in network were analyzed in the paper.And a method were shown.The method consider of the influence of the sender,the receiver and the middle node to the video monitoring system.It is decided that whether the congestion occur by the rate of loss packet,the delay and the jitter. |
