摘    要:目的]探索超声破解处理剩余污泥的效果。方法]采用间歇反应器和单因子逐一变化法,对影响超声破解处理剩余污泥效果的主要因素进行了研究和优化。结果]低频率超声能促进剩余污泥的水解反应,改善超声破解污泥的效果,污泥的SCOD溶出率、VSS的破解率和温度随着声能密度的增大、作用时间的延长和污泥上清液pH的增大而增大。结论]超声有利于剩余污泥的破解,减少剩余污泥的产量。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the effects of waste activated sludge by ultrasonic treatment. Method] The effects of operating factors including ultrasonic frequency, intensity, time and pH were studied and optimized by single factor altering gradually in a batch reactor. Result] The lower ultrasonic frequency could accelerate hydrolytic reaction of sludge to improve effects of sludge disintegration. The dissolved rate of SCOD, the disintegration rate of VSS and the temperature would be augmented when ultrasonic intensity, time and the pH value were increased. Conclusion] Ultrasonic process could be beneficial for sludge disintegration, would decrease the sludge output.
