| 摘 要： | 为优化脱绒棉种介电分选参数，采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法，建立介电分选后获选棉种的介电常数、棉种电导率和棉种活力指数分别与分选电压、滚筒转速和棉种含水率3个主要的介电分选影响因素之间关系的数学模型，分析各影响因素对各试验指标的影响，并进行参数优化，确定各影响因素的参数组合为：分选电压6 000～6 574.43 V，滚筒转速30.08～34.38 r/min，棉种含水率为4%。
