摘    要:选用240只62周龄宝万斯褐壳蛋鸡,随机分成4个处理组,每组设置4个重复,每个重复15只鸡,大蒜素的添加量分别为0,50,100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg日粮,各处理基础日粮相同,试验期5周。研究不同水平大蒜素对蛋鸡生产性能、盲肠微生物和血清生化指标的影响。结果显示,50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg的大蒜素可显著降低蛋鸡料蛋比(P<0.05),各大蒜素组显著抑制盲肠大肠杆菌(P<0.05),提高了血清白蛋白的水平(P<0.05)。

Abstract:240 laying hens of 62-week-old were randomly divided into four groups,each group has four replicates,each replicate has 15 laying hens.Laying hens were fed a basal diet or allicin at 50,100,150mg/kg of basal diet respectively.The testing period was five weeks.The effect of allicin on performance and caecum microorganism and serum biochemical index in laying hens was determined.The results were as follows:The diets supplemented with 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg allicin significantly increased feed efficiency during 62-67 week(P<0.05).The diets supplemented with 50,100 and 150 mg/kg allicin has restrained the E.coli in caecum contents(P<0.05),and significantly increased the level of ALB in serum(P<(0.05).)
