| 摘 要： | 笔者在开展《吉林市引进新疆本地牛开展特色牛肉生产技术试验研究》科技项目中,为便于各杂交组合后裔的同期比较,采用氯前列烯醇钠注射液(PG)间隔11 d两次注射方法对试验母牛进行同期发情处理,并人工输精。对母牛不同膘情与同期发情效果关系进行分析的结果表明,中上等膘情母牛同期发情率及受胎率都显著高于膘情差的母牛。据此提出,要提高母牛繁殖力,保证同期发情效果,必须科学饲喂,确保母牛合理膘情。

| Abstract: | In order to facilitate the simultaneous comparison of the offspring of different cross combinations,the method in the project "Jilin Introducing Xinjiang Local Cattle to Develop Special Beef Production Technological Test" was used. Briefly, injection of sodium chloroprostenol(PG) twice 11 days apart for four simultaneous estrus treatments and artificial insemination of experimental cows. The results showed thatrates of estrus synchronizationand conceptionof middle and upper-grade estrus cows were significantly higher than those of low-fat cows. It was suggested thatit is necessary to feed cows scientifically to ensure the rational fatness of cowsto improve the reproductive capacity of cows and ensure the estrus effect at the same time. |
