| Abstract: | The present rapid rural labour transfer in Hunan has produced deep-going influence on the development of both rural economy and the whole nati-onal economy. There's many an external cause, but the foundamental internalcause is the ever-developing productivity. This paper reveals both in theory andin practice the relationship between the former and the latter and provides con-crete measures and steps to let the transfer suit to productivity. |
