| Abstract: | In this paper on basis of timeliness f??efion the formulas for determining the operation's timeliness loss and its costs were developed. Some typical timeiness functions are also presented.
A theorem for the optimized distribution of the operation's term was derived and a method for that optimization was provided as well. |
