9种杀菌剂对芝麻茎点枯病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:为了筛选出防治芝麻茎点枯病菌的有效化学药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法测定9种杀菌剂对芝麻茎点枯病菌的抑制作用。室内毒力测定结果表明:氟硅唑和苯醚甲环唑对芝麻茎点枯病菌的抑制效果最好,其EC50值分别为0.0622 mg/L、0.1079 mg/L;啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯和甲基硫菌灵也有较好的防治效果。为药剂混配和防治芝麻茎点枯病提供药剂筛选的理论依据。

Abstract:The paper aims to select effective chemicals to control sesame stem blight. The inhibitory activities of nine fungicides against the pathogen causing sesame stem blight were determined by the mycelial growth rate test. The results indicated that in laboratory flusilazole and difenoconazole showed the best effective to the pathogen causing sesame stem blight. Their EC50 values were 0.0622 and 0.1079 mg/L. Boscalid Pyraclostrobin and thiophanate-methy also have better effective. These studies provided the basis for medicament mixes and controlling sesame stem blight.
