摘    要:用生产主栽品种(‘龙王帽’、‘一窝蜂’、‘优一’、‘国仁’、‘超仁’)和‘一窝蜂优株’作为研究试材,调查田间冻害发生后不同品种花器官(花瓣、雄蕊和雌蕊)的冻害发生率;并对不同品种一年生花枝(盏花期)和一年生枝条(休眠期)进行室内模拟低温试验,调查低温胁迫后不同品种花器官的冻害情况,测定一年生枝条冻害发生后的质膜透性。结果表明,‘一窝蜂优株’抗寒性最好。

Abstract:Taking the main varieties in production as study materials, the author investigated the freezing injury incidence flower organs for different varieties in the field. And the indoor simulated test of low temperature to the annual flowering branches and annual branches of different varieties was carried out to study the freezing injury of the flowers for different varieties after low temperature stress. Plasma membrane permeability of the annual branches was determined. The results showed that the cold resistance of 'yiwofeng excellent plant' is the best.
