中华甲虫蒲螨和管氏肿腿蜂联合控制双条杉天牛初探

摘    要:为探索2种寄生性天敌联合应用于害虫防治的可行性,为生物防治提供天敌利用的新思路,本研究选取中华甲虫蒲螨和管氏肿腿蜂开展同时作用和先后作用于双条杉天牛3龄幼虫的试验。研究发现:(1)中华甲虫蒲螨和双条杉天牛幼虫联合作用于双条杉天牛幼虫时,寄生率和寄生成功率均达到100%。(2)单种天敌寄生时,育出的中华甲虫蒲螨膨腹体和羽化成功的管氏肿腿蜂子代数量均在70以上;但当2种天敌同时寄生或者先后寄生时,各自育出的子代数量均显著下降。因此在生产上建议用中华甲虫蒲螨和管氏肿腿蜂防治双条杉天牛的幼虫时,释放中华甲虫蒲螨约10天后再释放肿腿蜂,降低两者竞争同种寄主资源的概率,既能避开天敌竞争又可以让肿腿蜂去防控较高龄期的靶标害虫。研究结果可为多种天敌联合防控钻蛀性害虫提供参考。

Combined Control of Semanotus bifasciatus by Pyemotes zhonghuajia and Scleroderma guani

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of combined application of two parasitoid natural enemies in pest control and provide a new idea of natural enemy utilization for biological control, Pyemotes zhonghuajia and Scleroderma guani were chosen to act on the third instar larvae of Semanotus bifasciatus simultaneously or successively. The results were shown as follows. (1) Parasitism rate and successful parasitism rate achieved 100% when the two kinds of natural enemies acted on the host simultaneously. (2) The number of breeding of Pyemotes zhonghuajia and that of Scleroderma guani were both above 70 when they parasitized the host individually, while the breeding numbers were reduced significantly when the two natural enemies were acting on the host simultaneously or successively. Consequently, it is suggested that the releasing time of Scleroderma guani should be 10 days later than that of Pyemotes zhonghuajia when the two kinds of natural enemies were utilized simultaneously in biological control of Semanotus bifasciatus, in order to reduce the probability of competing for the same host resource. The suggested strategy can not only avoid the interspecific competition of different natural enemies but also control the old-age larvae by Scleroderma guani. The results provide a theoretical basis for the combined control of boring insects by multiple natural enemies.
