摘    要:根据霍耐特承认理论,社工人才的承认结构由政府承认、自我承认和社会承认组成。边疆地区社工人才获取承认的历程,经历了由形式承认到实质承认的政府承认、由工作承认到专业承认的自我承认和由情感承认到价值承认的社会承认的过程,但仍存在政府承认的阻滞、自我承认的弱化和社会承认的失衡现象。需要全面提升素养,巩固自我承认,夯实承认之基;立足边疆实情,深化政府承认,探索承认之路;满足群众需求,改善社会承认,搭建承认之桥;推动良性循环,增强承认互构,编织承认之网。

Abstract:According to Honneth''s recognition theory, the recognition structure of social workers consists of government recognition, self-recognition and social recognition. The process of obtaining recognition for social workers in border areas has experienced the government recognition from formal recognition to substantive recognition, the self-recognition from occupational recognition to professional recognition, and the social recognition from emotional recognition to value recognition. However, there are still some shortcomings such as obstacles in government recognition, weakening of self-recognition, and imbalance in social recognition. It is necessary to comprehensively promote the competence of social workers in border areas, consolidate their self-recognition, and the foundation of recognition. Based on the reality of border areas, we should deepen government recognition, explore means of recognition, meet the needs of the masses, improve social recognition, and build a bridge of recognition, thus forming a virtuous circle, strengthening the structure of mutual recognition, and weaving a network of recognition.
